Individual Therapy

Children, adolescents, and adults; nobody is immune to life stressors and persistent symptoms. The therapeutic process is tailored to your specific needs and preferences. The first visit will include a thorough assessment to identify the best treatment approach for your goals.

Family and Couples Therapy

Persistent somatic symptoms not only impact the individual, but also affect the family system as a whole. Family or couples’ sessions can be intertwined with individual work to navigate the intimate challenges involved in this journey.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is offered for those with persistent pain or functional neurological symptoms. These groups are a combination of educational, exploratory, and supportive. They allow members to feel connected to others on a similar journey toward feeling physically well. Groups meet once per week, for a total of eight weeks.
