Brady Umberger, CSW, QMHP

Bachelor of English, South Dakota State University, 2024 | Master of Social Work, University of South Dakota, 2026

Brady believes that deep, lasting healing requires looking at the whole person through both a scientific and deeply human lens. Brady is passionate about the brain-body connection, helping clients explore how complex nervous system patterns, chronic stress, and functional physical symptoms interact with psychological well-being.

Her clinical approach is gentle, grounded, and highly intentional. Rather than relying on surface-level fixes, Brady uses her analytical nature to help clients thoughtfully untangle the roots of their physical and emotional distress. She operates with a deep commitment to the NASW Code of Ethics, ensuring that her therapeutic space is firmly rooted in safety, respect, integrity, and absolute inclusivity.

With foundational experience supporting college-aged students navigating major life transitions, Brady enjoys partnering with individuals across the lifespan—from adolescence to couples and families. Her clinical curiosity drives her to continually expand her toolkit. Reserved and observant, Brady provides a steady presence where clients feel truly heard and unhurried. Whether you are navigating a major life shift, dealing with chronic stress, or looking to strengthen your relationship, Brady offers an insightful, collaborative space.
